ABOUT MY SONGS
For my 1st song, dancin in the city lights, was made based on a theme where I am in New York City, having the time of my life partying, dancing and having fun with my friends I adore so much. This was inspired by a movie scene in To All The Boys I've Loved Before 3. Watching that scene made me have a spark of inspiration to make a song just based on that theme. It had taken me around 2-3 weeks for me to finalise my song. For this song I went towards a dance-pop genre, which is my favourite genre.

For the 2nd song, slow jams in the morning, I made it a month after dancin in the city lights, when I was doing my daily morning routine but I was unable to find a song to fit my mood every morning, so I decided to make my own as not everyone would be able to have the same tastes in music. For this song I went for more of a lofi hip-hop genre, so it can be suitable for getting ready in the morning or even studying.

For my 3rd song, 16 in 22, was a song I wanted to dedicate my whole journey in secondary school, as this is a time in our lives where we are free to be who we are, thinking it is us against the world. I really wanted to make this song for my yearly video montage of my journey throughout the year but since I would be pursuing the tertiary education route and this would really make a good ending to it.

For all my songs, I have gotten my closest friends and family to listen to it and give me feedback and/or comments on what I have done well and what I can add on to make my song better.
